Details
I will start with the details on where to buy the collection. The official release date is August 30. You can find the entire collection online with wet n wild, Ulta, and CVS. Amazon is currently missing the body illuminator and the purple lip oil. CVS also has the collection in-stores, and they put the items out ahead of the release date. Some stores have the full collection, while others have a small assortment. Walmart stores have the entire collection, but it is not yet on their website.

There is a PR Box available online only from wet n wild, Amazon, and Ulta. Do note that the price varies – it is $85 unless you get it from Amazon for $62. It does NOT contain the full collection. 2-Piece Multistick Set
The multi sticks are my least favorite product from the brand. While they are smooth, metallic, and creamy, they crease instantly on the eyes. They also have an undesireable feel on the lips. The tip is too large to do anything meaningful on the face.
Claims: This set should be multi-functional for pops of color on the go. The formula is silky to glide and blend effortlessly. These shimmer shades can be used on eyes, face, and lips.

Blushlighter Palette in Patchwork Queen
This palette has a fair amount of pigment, but you can build it up. The colors are quite bold. The gold highlighter is too dark for fair skin, so I prefer to blend all of the shades on the face. Below you can see swatches of the individual shades and a blended swatch.
Claims: This should have a velvety smooth formula with rich pigment. You can seamlessly build and blend the color for a tint and a natural glow. The shades can be mixed and matched.

Color Changing Lip Oil
I am a major fan of the lip oil line! I make sure to wear them once per day as a lip treatment. These color changing oils are the same great formula from the core line, but the scent is changed up to be chocolate and vanilla. You do not need to buy both colors, as they both instantly change to the same shade of pink.
When the oil wears away, the pink hue stays and looks like a stain. The pink shade is perfect for a daily, natural lip. However, the color is easy to remove when you are ready. Feel free to wear these on their own, or pair them with a liner. You can read the full details in my wet n wild Lip Oil review.
Claims: This is a super nourishing and luxe formula that gives you mirror like shine. It is never greasy or sticky. The formula has glitter and pH-activated ingredients that give you a custom pink hue. The scent/flavor is chocolate and vanilla.

Dual-Ended Contour Stick
This is a new shade of their OG contour stick. The formula is very creamy, making it easy to blend and build. The contour shade is fair-skin friendly, and a cooler tone than the original. The highlight is white, as compared to the neutral tone of the original. I have a comparison of both below.
Claims: This duo should enhance your complexion with a buildable and creamy formula that dries down to a velvet, semi-matte finish. It will give you precise application and is perfect for travel.

Eye & Face Palette
We have seen this style of eyeshadow palette from the brand a good many times. I find that everything swatches well. The shade Skull is very interesting! It is one of those cream-to-powder formulas that you can stick your finger in and mush it around, similar to a Colourpop Super Shock shadow. wet n wild does not mention this! Otherwise, you get their usual glitter in Vaseline situation, normal glitter, metallics, and mattes.
The shadows are buildable, which you will need to do to acheive your desired level of color. There is a slight amount of kickup in the pan, nothing wild, and not much dust flying around or fall out. Nothing is chalky or patchy. I find the palette to be rather consistent across all shades, and the typical quality that you expect from this brand.

Claims: This palette has mattes, shimmers, satins, and glitters in a moody theme. Each should be hyper-pigmented and blend effortleslly. The shades are long-lasting yet wearable.

Glitter Body Illuminator
This product is very confusing, as it is called a body illuminator, but the directions from the brand is to use it as a highlighter. wet n wild used to have body illuminators in their line, which they discontinued. They also tried them in limited edition collections. The formula was oily in a pump, and transferred to your clothes and everything else. I have tested this new, water based formula both ways.
They finally have a winner for a body illuminator! The formula absorbs into the skin and dries quick, leaving a fine glitter behind. It is non-greasy and does not transfer. When it is time to wash it off, it fully comes off easily. I have photos below of it on my body, but the photos do not do it justice.
The formula is less practical as a face highlight. It is pure glitter, and so fine, that it does not pack much of a punch. It also wants to remove some of the coverage underneath. Stick with it as a body illuminator. This is why I dock it one star.
Also, it has an unexpected scent! It smells like a fall candle.
Claims: This is a water-based illuminator with light-reflecting pearls to give you a healthy glow. It contains Vitamin E, Apple Fruit Extract, Pumpkin Seed Extract, and Witch Hazel to nourish.

Lip & Cheek Color
These are new shades of the lip and cheek color. I do enjoy them as liquid blush. You need a very small dot on each cheek to get a lovely flush that is buildable. They can be quite a lot if you apply too much. They will dry with some tackiness.
For lip color, they feel weightless as a full-coverage color, then they fade beautifully over time. We do not get a real lipstick in this collection. You can see the permanent shades in the wet n wild 2024 new products.
Claims: This is a multi-functional weightless formula that adds a tint of color to your cheeks and lips with a soft matte finish. It can be seamlessly applied with your fingers, a brush, or a sponge.

This is one of the best makeup bags that wet n wild has come out with! While we have seen this large size with handle before, the interior features a zippered mesh section. It easily holds the entire collection with room for more.
Claims: This bag features bat charms on the zippers and is medium-sized. The deep interior has a secondary compartment. It also has an external handle on the top.

Matte Liquid Eyeliner in Bone Daddy
This eyeliner is pure black, full coverage in one swipe, and dries matte quickly. It lasts all day. The brush tip is nothing fancy, it is a standard liquid eyeliner. I recommend wiping some of the excess off of the brush to gain control over the liner.
Claims: This formula should be ultra matte and has a flexible brush tip for extra-fine looks. One stroke will provide richly pigmented color.

Shimmer Liquid Eyeliner
The shimmer formula is semi-sheer, with a punchy amount of color. When it comes to layering you can, but you should allow the liner to dry in between layers. Otherwise, it will wipe itself away and look streaky. it dries down and lasts all day.
Claims: This is a semi-sheer liner with rich superfine glitter than can be layered. It also has a flexible brush tip tp create extra-fine looks and has rich color payoff in one stroke.

Sticky Primer Serum
This is the first time that wet n wild is doing a sticky, gripping primer. I have rich experience testing their competitors, like elf and Milk Makeup. This primer is most closely aligned with elf’s pink formula that contains Niacinamide, as wet n wild’s also contains that key ingredient.
This primer creates a super sticky and tacky base for makeup application. It is more sticky than the competitors! It also hydrates the skin, leaving beind a natural, healthy glow. It applies well over skincare, and makeup applies normally over top. It does not blur pores.
However, it leaves your foundation feeling super sticky. That does not happen with the competition. I am talking hair sticking to your face sticky. It also gives a lot of glow to your foundation. You can control the glow, and some of the stickiniess, if you set your entire look.
Much as I feel with the competition, it does not really extend makeup wear time. Maybe just a smidge. It will not improve a so so foundation. At the end of the day there is natural wear and tear, and makeup starts getting a heavy appearance on the upper lip and around the mouth area. Oil is mostly controlled, but that is due to my skincare routine more than anything.
Claims: It is formulated to help makeup last and give the skin a naural dewy finish. It contains 5% niacinamide which is known to brighten, soothe, and smooth.

Translucent Primer + Finishing Powder in Master Of Fright
This is the same as their 5 in 1 Essence Primer + Finish Powder. The ingrdients are exactly the same, but the color codes vary slightly. This formula is one of my all-time-favorites that I keep on my vanity and I have hit pan on it. It absolutely extends makeup wear time and gives you a soft blur. It looks so good on top of many foundations. I have a hard time messing it up or making it look heavy.
My favorite use is for setting my under eye lines. It eliminates creasing on me, withouth needing to bake or otherwise use a heavy coating of powder! This is a first for me. I love to apply it with a powder puff.
Claims: This powder is formulated with a unique film former that extends makeup wear time along with a soft-focus finish. It should soften texture and reduce shine. It also has 5 benefits for your skin. You can use it for primer, setting, and to smooth, condiiton, refine, and balance.

Doll Eyes Tubing Mascara
This is a brand new mascara formula for wet n wild, as it is a tubing mascara. This is not a brand that I run to for mascara. It does hold a curl, as it leaves the lashes somewhat stiff. It provides a nice coating to give some length and volume. It has a flexible rubber wand but it is not overly flexible.
The mascara lasts all day without flaking or smudging. It is easy to wash off following the directions in the claims. This is not the best, and not the worst. I will use it again on an average day.
Claims: This is a masara formula that lifts and lengthens. The wand combs through your lashes to coat them with polymers. To remove, apply warm water to your lashes and rub in a windshield like motion.

To recreate the eyeshadow look, start by applying Fright in the crease. Next, apply Night Shade lower in the crease to deepen it. Then, apply Shadow on the left and right sides of the eyelid, leaving a blank space in the middle. Apply a small amount of Shadow in the crease to connect the eyelid color. In the center of the eyelid, apply Frog’s Breath. Along the lower lash line apply Shadow. Gently deepen the corners of Shadow with Nightmare.
