I asked Santa to bring me a Sunday Riley All About Acne Kit for Christmas, but just in case that did not happen, I also bought one myself during their 20% off sale. Well, Santa came through, and now I have two of these kits! I am not mad because the more the merrier! Three items in this kit are in my everyday routine, so being stocked up is a must. The other two items I sincerely want to try. As you may or may not know, I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and acne that pops up literally anywhere on my face. I suffer from redness and whiteheads. What I am doing is giving everything in the box a try so that I can do a full review. I will discuss each item and provide all of the claims and associated information while I let you know if these products actually work.
Sunday Riley All About Acne Kit Review
Ceramic Slip Cleanser
The first item in this Sunday Riley All About Acne Kit review is the Ceramic Slip Cleanser. Now, this product is not specifically for acne. A good face wash is an important part of any skincare routine for any skin type, which justifies placing this product in this kit. I have always wanted to try it either way!
This product claims to pull out impurities while pulling in clean hydration, while also providing a clean, radiant complexion with smaller-looking pores. It is gentle enough for all skin types. The formula is composed of four plant-based soaps and can be used both in the morning and in the night. Ultimately, dirt, oil, pollution, and makeup should be removed by this product.
I use this face wash in the shower, and it does effectively cleanse the skin and remove any makeup residue. This is a white cream that runs out of the tube quickly, so use caution when opening this product. At the end of the day, a face wash is what it is. I have never tried one that does not work. If you are looking for a high-end face wash option, this one is just fine.
Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment
Second is the Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment. This is also new to me! You apply this mask onto acne spots and blemishes, rather than applying all over the face. The texture is reminiscent of clay, and it dries fairly quick in five to 10 minutes. I like to leave on for as long as I can. I will apply it after washing my face with Ceramic Slip, then I remove it with some micellar water once dry.
It claims to be a medicated spot treatment mask that clears up acne while preventing new blemishes from forming. The high-strength sulfur has the ability to dry excess sebum and to remove dead skin cells, while the niacinamide draws out impurities, reduces oil, and soothes redness.
I find that this product does reduce acne spots with each use, and it is a welcome addition to my routine. You can apply to actual acne spots, or even areas where you know a spot is forming to help stop it in its tracks. This product does not eliminate acne spots overnight, but there is significant improvement.

A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum
Third is the A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum. I have been using this product for years, and I rotate it nightly with the Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment.
This product claims to fight the signs of aging and to improve the look of congested and UV damaged skin. It should also provide an even-toned complexion while soothing and balancing the skin.
This product noticeably helps to reduce my acne. What the claims do not tell you is that this product ultimately promotes clearer skin, especially when you pair it with Good Genes, as I will discuss below.
Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment
Fourth this the Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment. This product has the ability to exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells, which is why it works great with A+. Good Genes exfoliates, then A+ fights congestion and damage.
This product claims to remove dull, dead surface skin cells for instant glow and radiance. It should also visibly brighten the appearance of dark spots and discolorations. Finally, it should instantly plump the look of fine lines and wrinkles in three minutes.
As I have said, I rotate this product nightly with A+, and I have been using it for years. It does noticeably help to reduce my acne.

U.F.O. Ultra Clarifying Face Oil
The final product in the Sunday Riley All About Acne Kit Review is the U.F.O. Ultra Clarifying Face Oil. I have been using this since September 2020 by patting it into my skin as the last step in my nighttime skincare routine. It has a zesty herbal scent that one of my Instagram followers described as a pizza scent. Every time I apply this product, all I can think about is pizza because of that comment!
This product claims to clear acne and blackhead-causing buildup and debris from congested pores to promote blemish-free skin. This is a dry oil, meaning it absorbs and dries quickly so that you do not have to deal with oily-feeling skin. It should also naturally brighten the appearance of old acne discolorations. This product does contain 1.5 percent salicylic acne medicine.
While I do apply this product all over the face nightly, you can also use this as an acne spot treatment. One day a spot on my chin was bothering me something fierce, as I knew a nasty blemish was coming up. I cannot describe it as pain or an itch, but it was something. I put some of this oil on my finger and rubbed it over the spot, which instantly stopped the funny sensation I was having, and it helped kick the spot in the butt so it did not end up being that bad at all. This product will not fully prevent or keep acne away, but it is a great treatment to add into everything else that you do to fight acne.

Conclusion
In summary of this Sunday Riley All About Acne Kit review, I love this kit to pieces, and I will most definitely buy more of these kits in the future, in addition to buying these items separately. Sunday Riley can basically do no wrong! These products are expensive, but they are worth every penny. I can see real, noticeable results with each of these products in how they treat my acne. I cannot sing the praises of this kit, and of each individual item, enough. Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
