The official product name of AXIS-Y Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA ++++ denotes the level of SPF, and it is ISO internationally certified.
The application directions are easy! Sunscreen should always be the last step in your skincare routine, right after moisturizer. So, apply an appropriate amount to your face and neck, then use a patting motion to absorb. You are welcome to apply it with a sponge! SPF needs to be reapplied every five hours.
Review
The squeeze tube is a breeze to work with, especially with the control tip. It applies as a lightweight, white cream. It does not present the typical sunscreen scent. Really, there is not much scent to make note of, besides the natural, yet faint aroma of the ingredients. I find that it adds a light layer of hydration, and it does pat in easily.
Finding a good facial sunscreen can be a real challenge. Most people are afraid of sunscreens clogging pores, making you look oily, and having the formula not layer well. I am overjoyed to report that you will have no worries with AXIS-Y physical sunscreen! This product does not make me any more oily than I naturally am, it does not clog my pores or break me out, and it even layers well with other skincare and/or makeup. In fact, it gives me a bit of a healthy glow. P.S., it makes a nice pair with the AXIS-Y dark spot serum!
The only negative is that it does leave a slight white cast to the skin, but that is unavoidable with physical sunscreens. You cannot notice it under makeup, and it fades after a few hours anyway. Overall, this is a perfect face and neck sunscreen that you can trust.
