The instructions on how to apply the AXIS-Y Dark Spot Serum cannot be easier! You are to apply a small amount to the entire face in both the morning and evening, and then pat it into the skin. It can also be used as a spot treatment.
AXIS-Y Dark Spot Glow Serum Review
Third is my AXIS-Y Dark Spot Glow Serum review. First, this is a clear gel-like product that has no distinguishable scent. I find that it absorbs quickly and leaves behind a tacky finish that is ready for layering other skincare and/or makeup on top.
Second, this serum layers well with other skincare and even makeup. There is no pilling in sight! Now, I produce a fair amount of oil in my t-zone, and I am relieved to announce that this serum does not make it worse.
Luckily, I do not have any hyperpigmentation or uneven texture at this time, so I am not able to speak to its dark spot correcting properties. However, I can attest that it provides a light layer of hydration to the skin. Additionally, it does give a nice glow to the skin that looks natural and healthy. Really, it is a lit from within look. Many products out there use shimmer or metallic pigments to fake that effect, but this product gets the job done sans the special effects.
Ultimately, I will continue to use this product as a part of my daytime and nighttime skincare routines. Every once in a blue moon acne does leave behind a dark spot for an extended period, and I want to try this product out as a spot treatment.
