I have to admit, every time that elf has a sale, I cannot resist. How can you walk away from already inexpensive items that are half off?! I am especially excited for this sale because I am trying to get their new eyeshadow palette and the rest of the smudge pots that I do not already have. This elf haul 3 is jam packed with reviews and swatches, as always. Time to dive on in.
elf Baked Highlighter in Pink Diamonds
The first product in this elf haul 3 is the Baked Highlighter in Pink Diamonds. At first glance, this highlighter looks really pink. When applied to the skin, it gives a gentle glow. I think it will be really pretty in the sunlight. This product is worth purchasing. I know that I will reach for it often during my daily routine.
elf Baked Bronzer in Los Cabos
Second is the Baked Bronzer in Los Cabos. The color appears to be dark, but it blends out for a nice contour, without being orange. Mine apparently got thrown around too much during shipping. Not only are pieces broken off, but the entire rounded top of the bronzer has broken away from the rest remaining in the pot. I have to be super gentle with it.
elf Matte Lip Colors
Third are some more Matte Lip Colors. Yes, I am collecting these things! They have good staying power. They dry matte but do not turn your lips into a desert. Cranberry is a beautiful shade and great for fall. Hot Commodity is such a bright, fun color. If you love to be daring with your lip color, this is the lippie for you.

elf Mad for Matte Eyeshadow Palette
Fourth is the Mad for Matte Eyeshadow Palette. The pigmentation is ok. It seems like as elf makes more palettes, the quality improves bit by bit. I adore the colors of this palette and I am a sucker for mattes. You can go nude or amp it up, whatever you are feeling that day. This palette can easily be a staple piece in your collection. Of course, all of the shadows are perfectly and entirely matte. Overall, I think they apply better with a brush than by swatching with your finger.
elf Baked Eyeshadow Palette in Texas
Fifth is the Baked Eyeshadow Palette in Texas. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this palette. The pigmentation is very poor. I still hold out hope that they will look great on the eye. Also, the mirror will not stick to the palette. If this palette proves to be successful, it will be great for nude or eye brightening looks. The shadows are all shimmers, and there is not much variation in the color story.
elf Moisturizing Lipstick in Black Berry
Next is a Moisturizing Lipstick in the shade Black Berry. I really like the moisturizing lipsticks! They are creamy and not oily, making application a breeze. The color payoff is great as well. Black Berry is absolutely gorgeous for fall, or for vampy or gothic vibes. It is the darkest lipstick I own. It is definitely for the bold.
elf Perfect Finish HD Powder
Here I have the Perfect Finish HD Powder in the pressed version. It is a translucent powder that I am hearing many good things about. Hopefully it sets makeup well and enables it to last longer without a cakey look.
elf Smudge Pots
The final products in this elf haul 3 are all of the Smudge Pots! In my elf haul 2 I purchased Pearls of Wisdom and Brownie Points. Now I am hooked and I am coming back for the rest! These products are SUPER pigmented. Also, they DO NOT BUDGE after application. I use Pearls of Wisdom as my eyeshadow base daily. I tend to apply my makeup at 7 am. By 11:30 pm, my eyeshadow has NOT CREASED at all! Where have these products been all my life?! Next I want to try using these products as eyeliner or as single eyeshadows. But, seriously guys, you need to buy these things.
