This has been a good year for e.l.f. online sales, which means that I have another haul for you! For this e.l.f. haul 15 I am reviewing, swatching, and providing my first impressions on mainly eyes, lips, and face products, with some tools thrown in the mix. I am anticipating some real winners in this haul and I am excited to share everything with you. Whether you are curious about these products like I am, or maybe you are looking for your next beauty staple, then you should stay around for this haul. Let’s get started

Eyes

e.l.f. Velvet Touch Eyeshadow Palette in Cool Mist

The first item in this e.l.f. haul 15 is another Velvet Touch Eyeshadow palette. I already have the same palette in Island Breeze, and my thoughts are still the same. These are definitely cream eyeshadows, but the pigmentation and shimmer is insane! While I have not been brave enough to give these a go yet, I think that they will apply best with your finger over a brush. I am curious about their staying power, fearing that they will crease and/or move around the eyelid. At least they make beautiful swatches to stare at.

e.l.f. Chromatic Eyeshadow Palette in Bird of Paradise

Second, I really like the pretty shade range of eyeshadows in the Bird of Paradise palette. It is a shame that the other palette is sold out. The pigmentation is just fine and reminds me of their 10-pan palettes.

Lips

e.l.f. Liquid Matte Lipsticks

I have a handful of the liquid matte lipsticks in my collection and I do like them. The formula provides intense pigmentation in one swipe and does dry down to be fully matte in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, they do swatch streaky on the skin, but I can assure you that they apply to the lips like a dream. The shape of the applicator makes following the contours of your lips easy, and the applicator holds a fair amount of product. I will say that the formula is a dry matte that does not feel good on the lips and can get flakey and crusty. This can be combatted by applying Nyx’s lip primer as a base to prevent the formula from feeling drying or getting flaky.

e.l.f. Metal Matte Liquid Lipsticks

I already have the other two shades of the metal matte liquid lipsticks. I ended up liking them in terms of all-day wear, shine, and pigment so I decided to pick up the final two shades. Pretty Penny is a gorgeous shade and I could admire the swatch all day! These are by no means streaky and do dry down to be fully matte, yet metallic, in a few minutes.

e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator

Next up in my e.l.f. haul 15 is the lip exfoliator. Brown Sugar is a holy grail and frequently purchased product. I use it nightly to exfoliate my lips and follow-up with a lip balm and it works like a charm!

e.l.f. Blush

Do not be fooled by these basic looking blushes because they contain just the right amount of buildable pigment and they do not fade throughout the day. e.l.f. blushes are great for daily use and easy to use for beginners and experts a like. The clear acrylic packaging is unique and sleek.

e.l.f. Bronzer

While the formula of the bronzers is just as nice as the blushes in my e.l.f. haul 15, these are a bit on the orange side, which is not my jam. I am ok with having shimmer in my bronzer, and these are slightly shimmery. Sunkissed is very light in comparison to my complexion so it was hard to make the swatch stand out.

e.l.f. Blush

I have a bunch of these blushes in my collection already so I know that they work. The packaging is very reminiscent of Nars blushes. These are also good for daily use and can easily be built up. Both shades contain a healthy dose of shimmer.

e.l.f. Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder

I have been avoiding the St. Lucia and Turks and Caicos duos because the shades of blush and bronzer are odd. Perhaps they are developed for a skin tone other than mine, but I really cannot use the blushes as blush, but maybe as face powder. I can probably pull off the bronzers. The powder is soft and the pigment is good, but hard to see on my skin tone.

e.l.f. Matte Blush Duo in Soft & Subtle

Continuing on with my e.l.f. haul 15, I really like the other matte blush duo that I have because the formula is soft, easy to apply, and absolutely matte. Much like the blush and bronzer duos already mentioned, the hues of Soft and Subtle are quite odd and are really not for my skin tone. I think it may be possible to pull off the first blush shade as an incredibly subtle and natural blush, but the second shade is more of a setting powder.

e.l.f. Highlighting Holographic Duos

I am a fan of e.l.f.’s highlighters, and the Highlighting Holographic Duos are the same formula. The shades are not quite for daily use, but the hues are so pretty. Blue Lagoon provides more of a blue-purple vibe. Do not be scared by the colors in Siren’s Call. The peach shade applies gently to the skin as a light peach highlight, it just looks dark in the pan. Similarly, the lighter shade reminds me a lot of wet n wild’s limited edition mermaid highlighting bar.

e.l.f. Bronzer Palette in Deep Bronze

Next in my e.l.f. haul 15, I have the deep bronzer palette which is free with my Beauty Squad points. While I have many points, I typically have all of the products being offered. I actually did not have the deep palette, just the lighter one. This palette has two mattes and two shimmers, and I appreciate the mix. The bronzers really do pack a punch in the swatches, so it may be best to apply these with a light hand, especially on my fair complexion. I enjoy the various four pan palettes that e.l.f. offers.

Now I have some foundations in my e.l.f. haul 15. One of my favorite daily use foundations is actually e.l.f’s flawless finish foundation. Considering that foundation is bomb, hopefully the three that I bought in this haul follow suit. For each foundation I dispensed them onto my skin and spread them out a bit with my finger. The best way to test foundation is through a wear test, and you should always swatch on your face rather than your arm. From first impression I fear that the BB cream and foundation serum are too dark and yellow for my skin tone. I will probably have to lighten them with a mix-in before use. The shade range for those is limited. As for the acne fighting foundation, I think the shade will match me well.

Tools

e.l.f Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths 2 pack

I always use reusable makeup remover cloths, but I got such a good deal on this two pack that I could not pass it up. Wipes tend to irritate my eyes, but miraculously these e.l.f. wipes work for me.

e.l.f. Pore Cleaning Brush

Here in my e.l.f. haul 15 I have the pore cleaning brush, which is an odd looking silicone tool. You place it over your finger and use the duo-sided tool to scrub your pores with cleanser. While I doubt that it will reduce my crater-sized pores, it will probably do some decent exfoliation for $1.

e.l.f. Daily Brush Cleaner

Another holy grail and daily use product for me is daily brush cleaner. I go through so much of this stuff it is unreal. I spray it on my brushes to give them a cleanse in-between cleaning and to remove excess color.

e.l.f. Color Correcting Concealer Brush

I am always on the lookout for new e.l.f. brushes. I use a blending sponge when color correcting, but this does look like a decent brush.

e.l.f. Flat Eyeshadow Brush

The final item in my e.l.f. haul 15 is a flat eyeshadow brush. I think the size and shape will be good for packing color onto the eyelid.

I hope you enjoyed my e.l.f. haul 15. I had a good mix of eyes, lips, and face products, in true e.l.f. fashion. Some of these products are new, or new to me, and others were additions to my growing collection. Above all I am pleased with my selections and had very few duds. The foundation will have to undergo some testing before I make conclusions. I am most excited for the matte liquid lipstick in Mauvelous, for the metal matte lipstick in Pretty Penny, and for trying the foundations. What did you think about my haul?
