Details & Claims
I will start with where you can buy the liquid blush. For access to all nine shades, you can shop any of the retailers! They can be found at Amazon, Target, Ulta, and Walmart, besides elf’s website. They sell for $7 each with 0.13 fl oz or 4 mL. They have a large doe foot applicator. A lot of people want to know how to open the packaging. These are very hard to open on the first try. You need to give them a solid twist, then you are good to go.
These claim to have a long-lasting formula that is highly pigmented. They should be blendable and buildable to give you a healthy and dewy look. Ultimately, your final look should be a soft finish that is lightweight. Dry, oily, and combo skin types can use this product. To apply the blush, simply dab it onto your cheeks and blend it out with a sponge, your fingers, or brush of your choice.

Ingredients
The key ingredients are hyaluronic acid, rose flower water, and hibiscus flower extract. A lineup like this is healthy for the skin, but also results in a hydrated complextion. Below is the full ingredient list:
Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Hydrogenated Poly(C6-14 Olefin), Octyldodecanol, Trimethylolpropane Triisostearate, Boron Nitride, Illite, Hydrogenated Styrene/Methyl Styrene/Indene Copolymer, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, C9-12 Alkane, Alumina, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Phenyl Trimethicone, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Propylene Carbonate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Tin Oxide, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Aluminum Hydroxide, Tocopherol, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Water (Aqua), Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hibiscus Mutabilis Flower Extract, Phenoxyethanol.
Review
The applicator holds a decent amount of product. I can do both of my cheeks with one dip. I know that the swatches are very bold, however, these blushes are very easy to blend and to build for ultimate control. I like to dot them, starting on the apples of my cheeks, then going up accross the cheek area. I blend it out with a sponge. A stipple brush would also be good. They are best applied over non-powdered skin. I like the color payoff, finish, and blendability more than the blush found in the elf Halo Glow Beauty Wand line.
These are very skin-like, lightweight, and soft. You can see that hint of dewiness, but, they do dry down and stay put all day. No fading here! These truly rival high-end, at a fraction of the cost. The hype is real, especially if you are looking to add a good liquid blush to your routine. If you are not into a liquid formula, elf also makes a superb cream.
