This elf haul 16 is particularly exciting to me because some newer products finally got released from the new category. As a result, they qualify to be included in sales! In this haul I have plenty of products that I am itching to try. These include skincare, tools, and makeup! I even have all of the primer infused blushes and bronzers to show off. Without further delay, let’s dive into the haul.
Tools
elf Daily Brush Cleaner in Large
The first item in my elf haul 16 is a favorite and daily staple. I go through so much daily brush cleaner. Because of this, I am overjoyed that elf now provides a large bottle. Since they were half off, I bought a few bottles. You use this brush cleaner by spraying a few pumps onto large brushes, or one or two onto smaller brushes. Then you wipe the bristles on a clean cloth. As a result of using this spray I do not need to worry about color transfer from the previous day.
elf Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths
I use reusable makeup remover cloths on the day to day basis. However, when there is a good deal on wipes, I snatch them up! I like the elf wipes because they have just the right amount of wetness. Also, they do not irritate my eyes. They remove makeup well.
elf Line & Define Eye Tape
It is no secret that ladies have been using scotch tape on their faces to create a clean line for eyeshadow application. As a result, elf has released these eye tapes. The adhesive is safe and gentle for use on the face. Because of this, they are better than regular tape. You are to place them diagonally at the eye area, where your outer eyelid meets the end of your eyebrow. Then you apply your eye makeup. I would use these before applying foundation because they will probably remove any makeup they are placed on top of.
elf Mask-Off Sponges
Next in the elf haul 16 I have tools for face mask playtime. The mask-off sponges remind me a lot of the ecotools sponges that you wet to remove masks from your face. elf’s sponges function in the same way. Interestingly, they are flat and thin until you wet them with water. This causes them to expand, and you can wash away face masks.
elf Facial Massager
You may be thinking this tool is some sort of medieval torture device, but it is not! It is actually a massager for your face. The spikes are soft and have a slight amount of give. You are to roll the massager over your face after applying serums or moisturizers.
elf Total Face Sponge
The Total Face Sponge has good reviews on elf’s website. People say it is comparable to the Real Techniques sponge and all other good sponges. I can tell by squeezing the dry sponge if it will work well based on it’s density. This sponge feels nice, so I know it will not feel like a rock when I use it. As far as how it blends makeup will require an application test.
elf Solid Sponge Cleaner
The final tool in my elf haul 16 is a solid sponge cleaner that is a knockoff for beautyblender’s. In reading the directions I discovered that you are to remove the disk from the package, rub it on your wet sponge, then return it to the package. I stand behind these directions because I have used another solid cleanser. Allowing the soap to melt into the container makes it hard to use it up once it gets low because it gets stuck in the edges. You could tear your sponge up trying to get every last bit of soap. I am excited to see how this performs.
Skincare
elf Acne Fighting Spot Gel
Staring off skincare in this elf haul 16 is another one of my favorites and frequent repurchases, the acne fighting spot gel. This product features a rollerball so that you can apply the gel right onto acne. I apply it daily to my problem areas, whether or not if I have acne.
elf Nourishing Facial Oil
Before I get into the benefits of the next three products, I have a few words. Firstly, the bottles look great on your vanity! Droppers more commonly come with high-end products, but elf nailed it! Secondly, each of these products can be blended right into your makeup, such as your foundation. They can also be applied directly to the face. Nourishing Facial Oil is supposed to moisturize your skin while providing a dose of healthy ingredients.
elf Antioxidant Booster Drops
Next, the Antioxidant Booster Drops contain ingredients that hydrate, rejuvenate, and renew your skin.
elf Hydrating Booster Drops
Finally, the Hydrating Booster Drops only claim to hydrate and plump your skin.
elf Wrinkle Refiner
The wrinkle refiner is a milky white liquid that can be applied directly on fine lines and wrinkles. It features an angled silicone tip. It does visibly blur lines upon application to bare skin. However, makeup applied over top looks horrible and patchy. I wanted this product to fill lines to make my makeup look better, but it does not play well with makeup. Very disappointing!
Eyes
elf Chromatic Eyeshadow Palette in Posh Peacock
Next in my elf haul 16 I am moving into eye products. Because the other chromatic palette impressed me, buying Posh Peacock was a natural choice. The color range is beautiful for fall or winter. I do find the swatches to be lackluster with this palette. As I have said before, swatches do not always tell the full story.
elf Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset
I have all of elf’s 10 pan palettes, making it necessary to add this one to my collection. What a gorgeous shade range and mix of mattes and shimmers! The swatches are pretty, but still a bit lighter than I anticipated. My other palettes work great, so I need to try this one on the eyes.
elf Stardust Glitter
The Stardust Glitters appear no different to me than craft glitter. I am not the world’s biggest fan of glitter. Buying these is simply an experiment. They are best applied to the eye over a glitter glue. I have elf’s silicone glitter applicator which should pick up the glitter and pack it onto the eye.

elf Primer Infused Bronzers
We are moving into face products in my elf haul 16. The primer infused collection claims it will last all day because of the primer. I have given the bronzers and blushes a go, and they definitely last! The formula is soft and highly pigmented, but still workable. I also appreciate the simple and sleek packaging that does not take up much room in my collection.

In the same vein as the bronzers, the blushes are soft, highly pigmented, workable, and last all day. The shade range should cover all of your daily needs.

elf Heart Defensor Coffee n Cream Highlighter Duo
I finally got the beautiful Coffee n Cream Highlighter Duo! elf has other highlighters in the same pan, and I really like their formula. This is the same formula! In thinking about my complexion, the coffee shade is slightly too dark for me, but cream is perfect. You can also blend the shades, which looks nice on me. I am happy with the swatch.
elf Monochromatic Multi Sticks
The final products in my elf haul 16 are all of the Monochromatic Multi Sticks. elf’s thought process is that you can use these on the eyes, lips, and cheeks to create a monotone look. The formula is creamy and nicely pigmented. I blended a swatch with my finger, which was easy to accomplish. For the most part the swatch dried down, but not fully. With this being said, it may move around the eye, but should be good for the cheeks and lips. I cannot say that they are fully cream to powder in formula. Each shade contains shimmer.

In conclusion of my elf haul 16, I am pumped to try this variety of newer products. The stick makeup is iffy, the wrinkle refiner is a disappointment, but the rest are promising.
