I look forward to Halloween each year with the sole purpose of reviewing Fantasy Makers makeup! This year may have been the earliest that I got my hands on everything. I am so excited to present you with the wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection! As a part of this review, I have four makeup looks, swatches, star reviews, and more on all of the new items. Plus, you always know I give you the details and dirt on my shopping experience. This blog post will help you to determine exactly what you want to buy, while also giving you some spooky inspiration.
Notes About wet n wild Fantasy Makers Halloween 2021
I have several important notes to share about the wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection. First and foremost, when it comes to Fantasy Makers for Halloween, I never buy the paint palettes, paint pots, stencils, or glitter palettes. Those are made for costuming, and I will never use them, which is a waste of money. My purpose is to buy all of the new makeup items for the year.
With all of that being said, if there is an item missing from this post, that means it is a repeat from a past collection. At the end of this blog post I have all of the links to my former posts so that you can see swatches and reviews. I am sad to announce that all of the 2021 eyeshadow palettes are repeats from Halloween 2020.
There are 2 nail polishes, and your best bet is to buy them from wet n wild’s website. Walmart only has Black online, and neither are sold in stores. Rather, the in-store displays have Fast Dry AF Nail Color in Throwing Shade and Wild Shine Nail Color Protector.
I am not able to share claims for many of the products, as Walmart does not have them published.
I found two “new” Multi Sticks in white and green, which confused me because they are packaged as the ones from the regular line, not Fantasy Makers. The comparison section of this blog post does confirm they are repeats.
A few items are missing from the shopping carousel at the end of this post because I cannot find listings for them on Walmart’s website.
All of the items can be found in Walmart stores, with a smaller subset on their website. wet n wild only carries a handful of items on their website. The in-store displays contain plenty of makeup from wet n wild’s everyday line, such as eyeshadow singles, mascara, etc.
wet n wild Fantasy Makers Makeup Body Sponge – Black
The first item in this wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection review is the Makeup Body Sponge in Black. This is the same as the pink version we got in the Festival collection. As far as I can tell, this is wet n wild’s typical sponge, just made to be huge for body makeup. Personally, I do not engage in any body makeup, so I am buying this to share with you. Do note that their sponges expand when wet, so this baby is going to get even bigger! I also note it feels more dense and not as bouncy as their normal sponges, but I figure that is due to the incredible size and circumference.
Claims: Designed with a unique hydrophilic material, this sponge helps you achieve flawless looks and full coverage in a streak-free effortless application. Use it with your favorite body makeup or easily blend multiple pigments together.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Gem Face Masks
Second for wet n wild Fantasy Makers 2021 is two new styles of Gem Face Masks. Never in my life have I attached gems to my face. I cannot see myself using these. How would these stay stuck on your face once they touch your foundation and powder? It would be absurd to not wear face makeup with these. I imagine that most people use eyelash glue. But, then again, these are self-adhesive, so you really should not need to do that. Please tell me how to use these gems in the comments!
Claims: Easy to apply, these masks are self-adhesive, meaning you don’t need to risk making a mess with glue. For extra hold, place the sticker on clear skin or a non-oil base. When you’re finished, it is easy to simply peel off.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Glitter Gels
Third for wet n wild Fantasy Makers Halloween 2021 are some Glitter Gels. They released four types, and they are all repeats. I admit I bought all of them anyway because they are my favorite, so I need to have them in the tubes. But, I need to point out that Black Magic and Fab-boo-lous have changed. Black Magic is now black with orange glitter, and stars have been added to Fab-boo-lous, hence why I am including them here.
I consider these to be like body glitter for an adult. The formula is a clear gel that is not sticky or tacky in any way. When you pat these onto the face or body with your fingers, they do dry down and last all day. Best of all, you can apply these over powder and they look great! I attribute that to the gel formula. I am addicted to wearing them over the highlighter on my cheekbones or making creative eye looks with them.
Claims: Super-concentrated and hyper-reflective, the self-adhering formula applies smoothly on the face and body, while staying on for hours. These are formulated to promote hydration and help prevent dryness.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Nail Accents
Fourth in the wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage Halloween collection are Nail Accents. I am glad to know I already have my Halloween nails figured out. There is not much to say here besides stick these to your nails and give them quick touch of top coat. I like these fun and detailed designs!
Claims: These nail accents are easy to apply: just peel and stick.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Nail Polish
Fifth in wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage are two Nail Polishes. Let me be clear, black and glow in the dark polishes are not unique for wet n wild at all. You can definitely find them from several past collections. But, I love their polishes and I plan on using them this Halloween. I know the claims say to pair them with the nail accents, which I will do, but I cannot foresee the black stickers showing up on top of the black polish.
Claims – Black: This is bold black nail polish that features an intense pigment and high-shine finish.
Claims – Glow in the Dark Top Coat: This high-shine topcoat appears to be clear at first glance, but at night it comes to life with a seriously intense glow effect. Whether you use it on its own or with other colors, this glow nail polish creates the ultimate finish for your favorite looks. Pair them with wet n wild Nail Accents for even greater effects.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Glitter Liner in Bad to the Bone
Next in wet n wild Fantasy Makers 2021 for Halloween is a Glitter Liner in Bad to the Bone. As it turns out, this is a repeat from the Festival collection, but they changed the name. They are still using a crappy brush that gets all bent out of shape. I had the hardest time making the swatch show up, and that problem persists on the eye. The glitter is too dispersed in the clear gel formula to get nice impact, and the bad brush does not help.
Claims: Buildable and quick-drying, this glitter eyeliner glides on in a single stroke for high-impact color with an astonishing glitter effect. It is formulated to promote hydration and help prevent dryness.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers False Lashes
Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage from wet n wild is bringing us two new styles of False Lashes. I appreciate that Enchant is not as crazy and dramatic as their past solid black styles, so they are a bit more wearable. Supernatural has a hint of burgundy mixed in, which is gorgeous and gives you a soft effect! wet n wild’s false lashes always have a cheap appearance, and these are no different. These styles can definitely be fun for a special occasion, but otherwise they do not scream quality. I am used to that with their lashes.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Primer Serum in Plumpkin
Continuing on, we have the Primer Serum in Plumpkin. This is just like any of their other primer serums, which I happen to enjoy. It has a lovely, light pumpkin scent. While this does nothing for pores, nor do you get any blurring effects, it does leave the skin feeling soft and hydrated for makeup application. Plus, you get a fresh glow. I can see some oil production control, making this great for daily wear. I do not believe it extends wear time, but wet n wild’s foundations are pretty awesome.
Rating: ★★★★☆
wet n wild Fantasy Makers Lip Mask in Fang Gang
Next up, wet n wild is continuing their Lip Mask line with Fang Gang. The candy apple flavor and scent is divine! I know the bright red color pops in the pot, but it is mostly clear in application. I already know that I like this formula and it works. About a year ago when my lips were in bad shape I was able to nurse them back to health with their lip masks.
Rating: ★★★★★
wet n wild Fantasy Makers Lip Scrub in Sugar Dead-y
Pressing on with the wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection is a Lip Scrub in Sugar Dead-y. Just like with the mask, the pumpkin spice scent and flavor is lovely and sweet. I am familiar with their potted scrubs, and I know that they are effective, but a bit messier than a solid stick. This will be gentle, yet effective.
Rating: ★★★★★
wet n wild Fantasy Makers Blush in Let’s Get Smashed
Next is a new Blush in Let’s Get Smashed. If you have always wanted a perfect, matte orange blush that you can wear daily, then you are in luck! I am so happy that this formula actually deposits color, as some of the coloricon blushes suck. The formula is smooth and soft, with a buildable pigment. Also, it smells like pumpkin spice!
Rating: ★★★★★
wet n wild Fantasy Makers Cheek and Lip Tints
Here are completely new products for wet n wild- Cheek and Lip Tints! These kind of look like tinted water contained in a lip gloss tube, complete with a plastic rollerball. The rollerball does not roll very well, making application anywhere on the face/body difficult. You have to work to really see any pigment.
When I used these for blush, I rolled them onto my finger, and then pressed my finger onto my skin. I find they really do stain, as my finger was red all day. I recommend not applying these over powder makeup, as they will look sort of weird the same way when you layer creams over powder. Although, setting spray sort of helped. Overall, I would like these better if the rollerball worked.
Love Bites is bright red, where as Blood Bank is a dark red. Both have a buildable formula that will not leave you with a clown face.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Contouring Palette in Zombie Apocalypse
I feel as though this Contouring Palette in Zombie Apocalypse is one of the weirdest makeup items I have ever purchased. Gray contour? Surely that is only for Halloween use! Well, I see it as a challenge and I do try it later in this post. Their everyday contour palettes are so good, and real classics. Honestly, this palette is just as good. The powders are soft, blendable, and pigmented in the right way. It works for its purpose.

wet n wild megalast Matte Lip Color in Buga Buga
The last item in this wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection is the megalast Matte Lip Color in Buga Buga. We all know this is a repeat from a prior year, but just like I did in 2020, I am re-collecting all of these shades in the new packaging. I love this lipstick line because they are truly matte, creamy, comfortable, and buildable to full coverage. There will be some transfer as they do not dry down, but they are perfect drugstore lipsticks.

wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage Makeup Looks
The next part of this wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection review are four makeup looks! I am including products from 2020 that have been released again for 2021. At least I get a second go at the eyeshadow palettes, so we are going to get a bit theatrical.
1) Alien Babe
Let me be honest, I have always wanted to try lime green lips, so here is my attempt at an alien-inspired look. Below are the products used:
- FM Primer Serum in Plumpkin
- photofocus Eyeshadow Primer
- megacushion Color Corrector in Peach
- photofocus Stick Foundation in Soft Ivory
- photofocus Concealer in Fair Beige
- photofocus Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
- Brow-Sessive Brow Pencil in Dark Brown
- Brow-Sessive Brow Shaping Gel in Brown
- coloricon Bronzer in Palm Beach Ready
- FM Blush in Ferris Wheel Fantasy
- FM Highlighter in Haunted Hills
- photofocus Natural Finish Setting Spray
- FM 10 Pan Shadow Palette in Mummy of the Year
- Breakup Proof Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Ultra Black
- Bayside Cheerleading Mascara in Black
- FM False Lashes in Enchant
- megalast Matte Lip Color in Buga Buga
- FM Glitter Gel in Fab-boo-lous
- FM Glitter Liner in Bad to the Bone
To recreate the eye look, start by setting the eyelid with the neutral matte shade. Next, apply the dark metallic green to the crease, and bring it down below the eye. Then, apply the metallic teal shade onto the eyelid. Now, take the dark matte green and apply it in the outer-v. Take more of the metallic teal shade and use it to highlight the inner corner, bringing it down bellow the eye. Use more of the dark matte green to connect the outer-v to the outer third of the lower lash line. Finish the eyeshadow portion of the look by highlighting the brow bone with the metallic white shade. For the glitter liner, I traced along the line of eyeshadow underneath my eye, and winged it up against the black eyeliner wing.
2) Modern Vampire
You know I have to try that contour palette to challenge myself, and I believe a gray contour with white powder screams vampire! I added lightening pigment to the foundation to make myself a bit more pale. Here are the products used:
- FM Primer Serum in Plumpkin
- photofocus Eyeshadow Primer
- megacushion Color Corrector in Peach
- barefocus Tinted Hydrator Tinted Skin Veil in Fair
- megalast Incognito All-Day Full-Coverage Concealer in Fair Beige
- photofocus Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
- ultimatebrow Retractable Brow Pencil in Medium Brown
- Brow-Sessive Brow Shaping Gel in Brown
- FM Contouring Palette in Zombie Apocalypse
- FM Lip and Cheek Tint in Love Bites
- FM Highlighter in Haunted Hills
- photofocus Matte Finish Setting Spray
- FM 10 Pan Shadow Palette in Pick Your Poison
- Breakup Proof Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner in Blackest Black
- Bayside Cheerleading Mascara in Black
- FM False Lashes in Supernatural
- FM Cheek and Lip Tint Blood Bank
To recreate the eye look, use the neutral matte shade to set the eyelid. Then, apply the matte red shade in the crease. Next, apply the matte burgundy shade to the eyelid. Now, line along the upper and lower lash line, as well as on the lower waterline, with the eyeliner pencil. Be sure to smudge it out. For an extra smudgy effect, go over the top and bottom eyeliner with the matte black eyeshadow. Finish the look by highlighting the brow bone with the FM Highlighter.
3) Pumpkin Eater
The third look has an orange theme as a means of working the blush in. Here are the products used:
- FM Primer Serum in Plumpkin
- photofocus Eyeshadow Primer
- megacushion Color Corrector in Peach
- photofocus Foundation (matte) in Nude Ivory
- photofocus Concealer in Fair Beige
- photofocus Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
- ultimatebrow Kit in Ash Brown
- coloricon Bronzer in Sunset Striptease
- FM Blush in Let’s Get Smashed
- FM Highlighter in Howlywood
- photofocus Coconut 3-in-1 Primer Water in In Love With Coco
- FM 10 Pan Shadow Palette in Boogie Nights
- Breakup Proof Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner in Black Brown
- Bayside Cheerleading Mascara in Black
- FM False Lashes in Mysterious
- perfectpout Gel Lip Liner in Never Petal Down
- megalast Matte Lip Color in Jack-O-Lantern
- FM Glitter Gel in Black Magic
To recreate the eye look, start by applying the matte orange shade to the crease, and bring it down below the eye. Next, apply the shimmer orange to the eyelid. Then, apply the matte red to the outer-v. Apply the glitter gel along the lower lash line in place of using eyeshadow. Finish the look by highlighting the brow bone and inner corner with the metallic gold shade.
4) Glitz and Glam
The final look is me trying to do something a bit more wearable. I used the white eyeliner as lip liner, and I put the glitter gel over my lips. However, I really do not recommend using the glitter gel in that way because it feels gross. Here are the products used:
- FM Primer Serum in Plumpkin
- photofocus Eyeshadow Primer
- megacushion Color Corrector in Peach
- photofocus Dewy Foundation in Nude Ivory
- megalast Incognito All-Day Full-Coverage Concealer in Fair Beige
- photofocus Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
- ultimatebrow Universal Stencil Kit
- coloricon Bronzer in Ticket to Brazil
- coloricon Blush in Mellow Wine
- FM Highlighter in Howlywood
- photofocus Cucumber 3-in-1 Primer Water in Cool as a Cucumber
- FM 10 Pan Shadow Palette in Hallow-Queen
- Breakup Proof Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner in Black
- megaclear Lash & Brow Mascara
- FM Glitter Mascara in Silver
- FM Glitter Gel in Bone Zone
- coloricon Kohl Liner in Ghosted
- megalast Matte Lip Color in Ghostly Beings
To recreate the eye look, start by applying the shimmer black shade to the crease, and bring it down below the eye. Next, apply the silver shade to the eyelid, and also along the lower lash line. Then, apply the matte black shade to the outer-v, and connect it down to the lower lash line. Finish the look by highlighting the brow bone and inner corner with the metallic white shade. I did layer the glitter mascara over the clear mascara.
Bonus! Product Comparisons
If you have read any of my previous wet n wild collection posts, you know that I always provide bonus comparisons. wet n wild is famous for re-releasing past products under a new name and in a new package. So, I typically do side-by-side swatches and I tell you what is a repeat. That way if you already have the old item, you can save your money by not being tricked into buying the new.
With this list you can cross-reference the product shade names, as well as the collection it is from, so that you do not buy any repeats. This is a great post to bookmark! I will provide links to the blog posts where you can find the original swatches and reviews of said items. (FM = Fantasy Makers).

Shop the Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage From wet n wild Collection
Conclusion
We are now at the end of the wet n wild Fantasy Makers Circus Sauvage collection. I am sad to say so many items are repeats from prior collections, but the new items are a lot of fun. The new blush and primer are nice, and it makes me happy to see wet n wild trying new things like the Cheek and Lip tints. You can use most of these items in your day-to-day routine if you think outside of the box. In the future I want to see wet n wild be more consistent with what they release in-stores and online. Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
Will you purchase anything from this line?

As usual a thorough post. I found out they have 2 whites multisticks, A pearl and a matte white. I went back to get it and the purple black lashes. The lashes were wiped out i had to go to 3 Walmarts to find them and it was the last one left. The mummy palette has one different shadow. They took out the teal and put in another brown.
Im having a hard time when I click on your links its says “OOPS there seems to be a mistake” Walmarts website is worse than ever.
In the past they have done the matte and pearl multisticks so those are definitely repeats! I didn’t analyze the palettes but hey I’m not surprised – I don’t plan on buying it again because they want to be weird and change one shadow lol. Walmart keeps changing the website and it’s making the links so difficult x_x whyyyyy
BTW You look GREAT in black hair.
Thank you so much! I fixed the links and carousel. Walmart’s website is so messed up it’s not working correctly with Shopstyle. Had to go old school on this one lol
Nice haul ! I want that lime green lipstick as it would go nicely with my lime hair streaks . Also the gel glitter looks so fun , it reminds me of the kind I used to get as a teenager in the early 2000s . Very cute and I’ll keep an eye out for it .
