Even though it has been an unprecedented year, and I have not seen my family, this was still a pretty good Christmas. It is now time for an annual blog tradition. Welcome to what I got for Christmas 2020. This year, I am approaching this blog post in a new way. I typically swatch everything, provide all the product details/instructions, and give reviews where I can. There are so many items here that I am not sure how helpful that will be. This time around I will show you what I got, provide a link if I can find one, and tell you what comes in the set, with commentary, if necessary. For many of these items, I would like to do a dedicated blog post in 2021, where I can provide detailed reviews and swatches. If there is anything you would like to see me do a blog post on, please let me know in the comments, but it is probably already on my agenda! After all, it is hard tor review something I have never tried before. Many of these items will end up in my empties posts in 2021 for a good review as well, so make sure you are subscribed to emails, notifications, and follow on social media.

12 Days of Glow Face Mask Palette
You will notice with these gift sets that Freeman repeats the masks over and over. Let’s just say what I got for Christmas 2020 is definitely a Freeman Christmas, and I think I am set for a whole year of masking in 2021.
This set opens like a book, and you can open the individual doors to access the mask packet. I can get two to three uses out of each, so I will not use this as a daily kit. I opened the boxes and pulled all of the masks out for you.

I always say in my empties posts when I am talking about Soap & Glory, No 7, Freeman, etc. that I have no plans to repurchase. The products are good, but I know that Santa will treat me right each year, or I will end up buying kits half off after Christmas. So, I never have a reason to go out and buy anything individually. Ladies, do not sleep on this lovely product! Women were all over the comments on Instagram about this one. Profusion has a habit of releasing Christmas palettes into Walgreens that are so good, and once they are gone, they are gone forever! This was $20 on clearance for $10, so make sure to snatch it up.
The packaging is done like a metallic gold clutch, but rest assured there is no glitter. It has a magnetic closure that opens to reveal an eyeshadow palette on one side, and the other side has pressed glitters, highlighters, contours that double as bronzer, and blush.
A few critiques of this palette. The contour shades are very dark, as are the the highlighters. I appreciate a palette made for all skin tones, but I would like to see a wider shade range that encompasses fair, medium, and deep.
Everything is very well pigmented and lasts all day without fading. I know Profusion blush is notorious for fading. I find a few of the eyeshadow shades apply a different color on the lid than they look in the pan. The overall palette actually has a chemical smell, but I do not mind it. Even the highlighters are beautiful.
This simple $10 what I got for Christmas 2020 gift is definitely my new obsession. The shades really make it a one-stop-shop palette for all of your needs, and I would consider traveling with it.
