One of my favorite long-wearing lip options is the Revlon ColorStay Satin Ink line! I am doing a detailed review which covers swatches out of my personal colleciton of 14 shades.
Where To Buy
You can find these in most drugstores that carry Revlon. The price will vary greatly. I normally see them for around $9.99 – $12.99. The easiest ways to grab them are from Amazon, Ulta, Target, and Walmart. They offer 24 shades, but you may not find all of them at each retailer.
Claims, Directions
Revlon claims that these lipsticks should give you a satin finish. The pigmentation should be vivid, yet the product should apply smoothly. The formula should be long-lasting for up to 16 hours of wear.
They should stay comfortable on the lips, thanks to the key ingredients of black currant seed oil and Vitamin E. These ingredients are known to hydrate the lips. The end result should be a flexible formula that will not crack.
To apply, use the pointed end of the doe-foot applicator to line your lips. Then, fill your lips with the welled middle section of the applicator. Allow it at least a minute to set.

Review
The thing that gets you right off the bat with these liquid lipsticks is the texture! It is so smooth and velvety that it glies on easily. They are not streaky or patchy. With the doe foot applicator I have no problems with precision or staying inside the lines of my lips.
Revlon offers an amazing shade range for this line! They have basically everything you could ever need. The pigmentaion is shocking! Just as the claims state, the color is virbant in one swipe.
These lipsticks are definitely long-wearing, and a go-to pick for when I do special occasion makeup where eating and drinking will be involved. I know how to carefully eat and drink, but I usually never need to touch these back up. If anyting would wear off, it happens gracefully.
The finish is a true satin – they wear and hold up like a matte liquid lipstick, but they maintain a hint of shine. It is a perfect balance to make your lips look healthy.
The formula is lightweight and they stay comfortable on the lips. They do not exaggerate any dryness or fine lines. The formula really hugs your lips, sort of like being a second skin. I have never had them get dry or flakey.
Ultimately, I hope to own all of the shades one day and they are worth it!
