4. wet n wild perfectpout Lip Color in Undercover Lover
It does not share many differences from the megalast Matte Lip Color formula, but you might appreciate the slightly skinnier, round bullet. She packs a lot of pigment.
5. elf Srsly Satin Lipstick in Pepper
Just as the name implies, the finish is satin, so it is between shiny and matte. It feels great on the lips, with a quick to build formula. This will last pretty good too, but all lipsticks in this post should be reapplied as desired.
6. Revlon Super Lustrous Creme Lipstick in Love That Red

While this line is mostly discontinued, I am still a sucker for the formula. It has just the right amount of shine, but you still get full coverage that smells like cake. It manages to make your lips look so fresh and healthy, and feel just as good.
9. MAC Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo
It might just be the most popular red lipstick sold on the market of all time. This is known as a blue-tone red, which typically makes your teeth appear to be whiter. It has just the right amount of matte, but she is a bold lip for sure. No dry lips here, folks.
10. Nyx Shout Loud Satin Lipstick in Red Haute
This pulls a bit more shiny than a satin typically does, but overall it is a basic drugstore lip.
