Besides their sweet, cupcake-like scent and taste, the buildable pigmentation never disappoints. However, these build up color quickly and easily, leaving you with the options of a dash of color all the way to beautifully pigmented lips. I think beginners, and even experts, can appreciate these standard, drugstore lipsticks.
