Review: I am used to products like makeup wipes, micellar water, or even plain water to remove makeup. With this balm I am 100% sure it removes everything from the skin, because of the way my skin feels. If I ever go maybe 15 minutes after a shower without moisturizer, my face starts to feel tight and uncomfortable, but that does not happen after makeup removers. This one gives me that feeling, but its good because I know everything is gone, although it does not meet its claim of making you feel hydrated. It will tackle stubborn eye and lip makeup as well. It does its job just fine, and will layer well with your other skincare and makeup products. Yes, it is also lightweight and absorbs easily. Ultimately, eye cream is not an essential. Applying your moisturizer under your eye will do.

But, it does layer well with other skincare and makeup, and it hydrates all day.
