This line features a range of three products including a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that are formulated to help soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin. With its affordable price I am fully testing everything to give you the details before you buy.

Details

I am starting with the key ingredients and notes that apply to all products. This collection is dermatologist formulated and safe for all skin types. You are to use these products daily, both in the morning and night. The products are sold at most retailers that carry elf, and the products range from $9-12. You can purchase each product in a full-size bottle, or in a mini set. Here are the key ingredients and their purpose:

  • Oat milk to nourish and soothe the skin.
  • Niacinamide to minimize pores, even skin tone, and to provide antioxidant benefits.
  • Allatonin to sooth and moisturize.
  • Ceramides to support skin’s barrier.
  • Hylauronic acid to lock in moisture and to plump.

Pure Skin Toner

Claims: This toner should gently soften and smooth your skin without stripping moisture. It also supports and maintains the skin’s barrier.

Directions: After cleansing, apply the toner to your skin with your hands or a cotton around. Allow the product to fully absorb.

Review: I find that this toner does make my skin feel as soft as a baby’s bottom. It also provides a light level of hydration that pairs well with the moisturizer. This absorbs quickly into the skin.

Pure Skin Moisturizer

Claims: This moisturizer is formulated for daily use as it does not clog pores. The rich formula is nourishing, fragrance-free, and non greasy for flawless wear under makeup.

Directions: You are to massage the product in circular, upwards motions until it fully absorbs into the skin.

Review: This is also rich and creamy, yet it absorbs into the skin well. It layers fine with other skincare and makeup to leave your skin soft, yet hydrated. It does not control oil production on my combination skin, but the hydration lasts all day. For another hydrating option, I recommend checking out my elf Holy Hydration collection review.
