But, I am blessed to have a fairly significant high-end makeup collection. For me to drop the cash on a high-end item, it needs to exceed expectations and really pay for itself. I am staring off the expensive makeup products worth buying with these Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trios. Anytime that I am doing a high-end look or traveling with makeup, I reach for these. The shades of whatever trio I select always work with my outfit, and I can blend the shades together for more options. These last all day with plenty of pigmentation. Simply dip your brush in, tap off the excess, and you can avoid an overly intense blush look. The trios featured here are Cocktail Party, Berry Adore, Peachy Love, and Pool Party.

2) Glamglow Glowpowder

Second is Glamglow’s Glowpowder. I am all about a show stopping glow, and I can achieve that with this palette. The formula is very soft and blendable, so this highlight always sits on the skin phenomenally. It also looks great in photos, and it is my go-to when I am shooting outfit of the day posts. The first two shades look great on me, but the last one is a tad bit too dark.

3) Tory Burch Love Relentlessly and YSL Libre

Third are some fragrances, which is a bit of a cheat for this post. Tory Burch’s Love Relentlessly is a romantic floral scent that I cannot get enough of. It originally peaked my interest when I used a sample version that I could still smell after a shower.

YSL’s Libre fragrance mixes warm florals with orange blossom and musk accord. Not many fragrances push me over the edge of a repurchase, but something about this one really speaks to me.

This one absolutely does! For a bullet-proof face, I always turn to All Nighter, and I am fully stocked up. Of course, it also melts your makeup together and makes your highlight pop.

Urban Decay’s Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion is the not-so-secret high-end eyeshadow primer that kills it. I promise you that your eyeshadow will not fade or crease all day, even if you are using a lackluster eyeshadow. It pats right into the skin, and you are ready to go. Truly, this primer is the real deal.

5) Nars Laguna Bronzer and Smashbox Photo Finish Primer

Next up for these expensive makeup products worth buying are two more winners. Nars’ Laguna Bronzer is another highly loved product, and now I see why. The hue is a light, gentle brown that looks amazing on my pale skin. I get the perfect bronze but it never looks heavy or muddy. There is a slight shimmer to it, but that does not upset me because it really aids in giving you that sun-kissed look.

I cannot name many primers that I think actually extend the wear time of makeup, but Smashbox’s Photo Finish Primer really does! Your face will be smoothed out and lightly blurred as a result of using this primer. For special occasions or times when I really need my makeup to look on point and last, this is the primer I must use.

6) Becca Shimmer Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighters

Here are some of Becca’s Shimmer Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighters. I have both Champagne Pop and Opal. These will give you a glow for miles. I use these for special occasions, but I honestly like them for daily wear, too. Talk about a fresh glow that sits on the skin well.

7) Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow

All the hype about Stila’s Glitter and Glow Liquid Eye Shadows is true. They provide the perfect pop of glitters and metallics to your eyes. You can use them anywhere on the eye, and they are very easy to work with. The formula completely dries down so that it does not budge, crease, crack, or fade all day, but you can work with it before it does dry. At the end of the day, they will look as great as they do at initial application.

8) Urban Decay Stay Naked Vice Lip Chemistry

Pressing on with expensive makeup products worth buying, the formula of Urban Decay’s Stay Naked Vice Lip Chemistry lippies is amazing! You will not believe me when I say these are a glossy lip that last all day, but it is true! These somehow dry down and can survive eating and drinking, while maintaining some shine. If you press your finger to your lips, a small amount of some sort of clear residue transfers over, but the lip color stays intact. The formula is buildable, and it reacts with your body’s pH for a custom shade. The shades featured here are Low Key, Physique, and Heavy. For a dupe, the closet product I can think of is wet n wild’s megalast Stained Glass Lip Glosses.

9) Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palettes

Next, I am talking about all of Anastasia Beverly Hills’ long-format eyeshadow palettes. For the most part, I collect these, and I am blessed to say that I cannot fit them all in one photo! My favorites are Soft Glam and Modern Renaissance, but they are all great. These palettes never do me wrong. The formula is super soft and blendable, with an amazing amount of pigmentation. You can wet the shimmers, but they do pack a major punch dry.

I also have major love for the Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Volume 1, and I want to get my hands on all of them soon.

10) Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes

I am ending the expensive makeup products worth buying with Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes. I make a point to collect as many as possible, because I believe Urban Decay makes some of the best eyeshadows on the market. The picture below features a variety of palettes, because my point is that they are all good, whether they are mini or large. My favorite Naked palette is Naked Heat, and the Born To Run palette is simply fabulous! Urban Decay produces shadows that literally blend themselves with supreme pigmentation. You can almost guarantee that I am using an Urban Decay palette on a special occasion.
