This look book of 12 coral outfits will prove that to you. I am stying shirts, dresses, sweaters, and more. After you view each style you will have so many ideas to take and run with. Of course, you can shop similar pieces to everything that I am showing you, and at reasonable prices.
12 Coral Outfit Ideas
1) Downtown for a Day
The first look in my coral outfits will have you shining for miles! I really had a hard time pairing this strapless flounce shirt with other pieces to make an outfit, mostly due to the length. I have decided on neutral soft shorts that are highly similar in color to the top half of the shirt. A gold sequin coin necklace matches the actual sequins perfectly. Gold sandals keep the whole theme going. Finally, I needed a backpack due to being on the go, but you can make any handbag of your choice work here.

Shorts- No Boundaries from Walmart
Necklace- unknown
Handbag- Charming Charlie
Shoes- Attention from Kmart

2) Shark Bite Attitude
If you need a solid coral top outfit, I have just the idea for you! This off-the-shoulder piece is anything but boring with a ruffle layer and shark bite, or asymmetrical hem. It leaves a nice open space on the neck, perfect for a rather dainty necklace. Basic denim shorts work well with coral outfits. The floral sandals are a great match, and here you can see how a cognac bag is the perfect finishing touch.

Shirt- Ultra Flirt from Delias
Shorts- No Boundaries from Walmart
Handbag- rue21
Shoes- Bongo from Sears
Jewelry- Charming Charlie

3) Nearly Summer
This particular dress has many fine details, such as crochet pieces, buttons, and a babydoll hem. As I continue to play with gold and coral outfits, the sand dollar necklace and earring set is stellar here. There are those floral sandals matching perfectly again. A different cognac bag appears here, but it still coordinates with the color palette.

Dress- Charming Charlie
Jewelry- unknown
Shoes- Bongo from Sears
Handbag- No Boundaries from Walmart

4) Tea for Two
This one almost has more of a halter-style going on, including a v-cut and long tassels. It is fun to pair those tassels with a fringe bag, and that bag also matches the peep toe shoes. A heel on the shoes continues the dressy feel. You can sneak a gold shell necklace right in on that deeper v-neck.

Dress- C&E from Ross
Necklace- H&M
Shoes- Time and Tru from Walmart
Handbag- rue21

5) The Halter Effect
This halter-style bodysuit stays tucked into your shorts all day. Fringe hem shorts add a bit of flair. Simple textured gold hoop earrings really tie the outfit together. You can see that tan also works with the color scheme, hence the studded sandals and bucket bag.

Bodysuit- Hyfve from Madison & Mallory
Shorts- No Boundaries from Walmart
Earrings- Mudd from Gabe’s
Shoes- A New Day from Target
Handbag- No Boundaries from Walmart

6) She Does Not Play
Next is a versatile look. This long sleeve tunic top can go over shorts just as easily as it can leggings, pants, or capris. I like a khaki look with this to keep everything neutral. The hoop earrings are wrapped in fabric that matches the shirt well. Cognac provides a deeper contrast to break the look up, so here come the sandals and handbag.

Shorts- Rewash from JCPenney

Shoes- Route 66 from Kmart

7) Crushing on Coral
This long sleeve peasant shirt definitely is unexpected. She pairs well with a choker featuring a coral stone. White jeans are a twist from the usual blue denim or khaki that we are getting used to. Booties are perfect for fall, so again I opt for cognac and a matching handbag.

Handbag- No Boundaries from Walmart
Boots- Madden Girl Westmont from Delias
Pants- Delias

8) A Sweet Sweater
Here is a coral sweater outfit that you have to try! This sweater is on the longer side, so it looks great over top of leggings. In fact, this outfit is sort of like a variation of number seven. To class it up a bit I have a thick gold bangle and ring, as well as a clutch handbag and booties featuring heels.

White leggings
Handbag- George from Walmart
Boots- Madden Girl Westmont from Delias

9) Playing Nice
If you need a style for transitional weather, consider wearing yours with capris like I am. The handbag has a lot going on, but at its core it matches the shirt. Simple gold necklaces are all that you need here, besides some cute floral sandals.

10) You Can Stand Under my Umbrella
I bought the umbrella specifically to match with this outfit as an accessory, and I have never even opened it! Now that is major fashion influencer vibes. I love how the tank top blouse stays loosely tucked into the shorts so that you can see the tie detail. Layered gold necklaces really pull the look together. This is a lighter coral color, and we can see how the sandals coordinate. Finally, the fringe handbag is an added detail.

Shoes- Jacklyn Smith from Kmart
Umbrella- Forever 21

11) A Short Affair
Everyone needs a coral blouse outfit, and this is my take on it. This open back number is so elegant! I recommend wearing it over dress pants, or in this case capris if you need something lighter. Jewelry with a special occasion feel work with the gold bar detail on the blouse. You can totally go for a shoe with a heel if you need more of a formal feel, otherwise these floral sandals are great. A nude handbag keeps the entire ensemble in check.

Shirt- Bailey Blue from Boscov’s

12) September Dinner
This quarter sleeve twist front dress is effortlessly chic. I know the handbag is not an exact match, but it does draw plenty of attention! The oval gold hoop earrings provide the right amount of bling. Finally, neutral heels control the colors without distraction.

Dress- G by Giuliana from Gabe’s
Handbag- from Ross
Earrings- C&C California from Gabe’s

Frequently Asked Questions
What matches with coral?
Coral best matches with cognac, tan, and gold pieces, as well as blue denim. Try mixing and matching your coral with nude shoes, gold jewelry, khaki pants, and cognac handbags for style that basically wears itself.
Does coral and yellow go together?
Coral and yellow typically do not go together, as they are of a similar color family and do not offer much contrast. Wearing them together in one outfit will be rather vibrant, and perhaps not in the best way, especially if you want to appear to be a style expert.
Does coral and purple go together?
Coral and purple do not always go together. The concern is that they are too Halloween in nature. I would steer away from purple, and instead opt for hues in the brown family, or even rich blue denims.
Coral outfits are a lovely way to brighten your day, especially if you try it in the dark and cold winter. I also have other look books focusing on specific colors, such as my olive green outfit ideas! Do you ever wear coral clothing? Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
