An unexpected treat to start the year off is the wet n wild Valentine’s Day Collection 2021. Unlike past collections, none of these items are new. Everything can be found in their everyday collection. The packaging on the products is limited edition, featuring a love design with light pink plastic. We see lots of reds, pinks, and glitters, which are perfect for the season. I have the entire collection and I am doing swatches, reviews, and star ratings on everything. Valentine’s coloricon Blush in Pearlescent Pink
The first item in this wet n wild Valentine’s Day Collection 2021 review is the coloricon Blush in Pearlescent Pink. You may recall that wet n wild discontinued all of their blush, then reformulated them with round pans. In doing so they completely ruined their awesome blushes. This formulation lacks pigmentation, causing you to dig your brush into the product repeatedly with hardly any results. Mellow Wine is the best shade that you can buy, if you are looking into these. Pearlescent Pink is a light nude pink with a finely dispersed shimmer.
Claims: This blush should provide long-lasting, buildable, natural-looking color with a soft-focus effect. Jojoba oil creates a silky-smooth blending experience.

Valentine’s megalast High-Shine Lip Colors
Second are two megalast High-Shine Lip Colors. First introduced in 2020, Raining Rubies is red, while Rose and Slay is a rosey mauve hue. These lipsticks provide full coverage in one swipe, with a shiny and lightweight formula. As is the nature of high-shine lip products, they do not dry down onto the lips, so they will transfer, and cannot withstanding eating or drinking.

Third are two megaslicks Lip Glosses. wet n wild’s lipgloss formula is unparalleled, due to their immense shine and non-sticky formula. They are comfortable to wear and even feel moisturizing on the lips. Crushed Grapes smells like a delicious, edible treat, as it features plenty of glitter suspended in a sheer, raspberry pink gloss. Sweet Glaze really is like a glaze with its translucent pink finish.
Claims: These lip glosses are ultra-glossy, long-lasting, and moisturize and condition the lips. You can wear them alone or over lipstick to boost shine.

Valentine’s Mega Volume Mascara
Fourth is the Mega Volume Mascara. wet n wild mascaras typically are not very good and something I avoid, and Mega Volume Mascara does not meet its claims. Yes, you can build the pigment, but there is not much volume and plumping going on, even after three coats.
Claims: The spiral fiber brush delivers instant volume and plumping effects with a rich, deep, and buildable pigment. The formula should soften, moisturize, and protect the lashes.

Valentine’s Wild Shine Nail Colors
Fifth are two Wild Shine Nail Colors. A drugstore classic for sure, these nail polishes are incredibly shiny and easy to apply. I wish they came with wet n wild’s famous Manicure brush! Sparked is a clear nail polish packed with pink glitter, while Tickled Pink is a pale, baby pink.
Claims: This salon-quality nail polish delivers lasting high-shine and color. The formula is three-free, meaning there is no Formaldehyde, Toluene, or Phthalates.

This light pink hue is a limited edition color, but this sponge is just as amazing as your other favorite drugstore blending sponges. I trust it every time and I am fully stocked! It will expand when wet and provide a soft bounce to effectively blend makeup.
Claims: This sponge blends creams, liquids, and powders with a streak-free finish. You can use it wet or dry. The unique hydrophilic material provides softness and blendability for less makeup waste.

Yes! As we speak my arms are covered in eyeshadow and lippie swatches no joke. It’s coming late this year because they released the products late and made finding everything tricky.
Maybe the make up sponge. I totally agree with you about the mascara. It just isn’t good in general. I feel underwhelmed by this collection frankly. I don’t usually buy make up for the packaging I care about it being a good product.
I agree. I feel silly buying these products because I already have them… such is the life of a blogger haha. I don’t care about the package, only if it works. The reformulated blush is such a shame.
