Next is a look for all of my fellow 90s babies! When I bought this dress my mom stated she had one just like it back in the day, and so the idea was born. You can totally wear this dress on its own, or layer it a different way. I am opting for a 90s inspired striped shirt. Next, I have classic jelly shoes! I practically grew up in jelly shoes.
