We are literally on the cusp of winter, and in marches this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2019 review. These boxes are officially shipping and arriving one season behind. I have no hope that Brandshare will ever get this subscription on track. Besides that, the past boxes leave something to be desired. You will see that my box is arriving crushed, so I hope everything inside is safe. I have no idea what to expect, since the boxes typically never have a theme. I will spare you a lengthy introduction and get right into the meat of this unboxing.
Shick Intuition F.a.b.
The first item in this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2019 review is Shick’s Intuition F.a.b. razor. It claims that you can safely shave forward and backward with its five bi-directional blades. Additionally, it contains moisture gel to help the razor glide over your skin. I do not use razors, so this will be a donation for me. We did get a razor in the summer 2019 box, but that one is different.
Nyx Lip Lingerie in Cashmere Silk
Second is Lip Lingerie by Nyx in the shade Cashmere Silk, which is a matte liquid lipstick. This is my first ever Lip Lingerie shade, believe it or not! It is right up my alley with this mauve nude hue. The applicator is a skinny doe foot. I am impressed by the swatch because of how lightweight the formula is, and it glides on effortlessly while supplying plenty of buildable pigment. It dries to a matte finish in minutes. All of the shades in this line are nudes. This product alone beats the price of the entire box, so I am beyond excited!
Hard Candy Sheer Envy Mattifying Primer
Third in this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2019 review is Hard Candy’s Sheer Envy Mattifying Primer. Hard Candy primers tend to be pretty hit or miss. This one claims to provide 12 hour oil control while reducing shine and mattifying the skin. It is creamy translucent white.
Nivea Oil Infused Body Lotion in Coconut & Monoi Oil
Fourth is Nivea’s Oil Infused Body Lotion in Coconut and Monoi Oil. I am so over these Nivea lotion samples in the Walmart boxes. They are always one-time-use packets, and I cannot tell how well it works in one use to turn around and buy a full-size. I can barely cover my entire body with these packets. Nivea, stop being so cheap! Anyway, this lotion claims to absorb quickly into the skin with 24 hour deep moisturization. It should not leave a greasy feeling. You are to apply it all over your body daily.
Dove Go Fresh Dry Spray in Cool Essentials
Fifth is Dove’s Go Fresh Dry Spray in Cool Essentials. This is my everyday spray-on deodorant, so I am happy to not have to buy some for a while with this sample, but at the same time I like trying new things. I love this deodorant because it never leaves white marks on my clothes, and I have no worries about smelling sweaty. You just shake the can well, spray, and go!
Banana Republic Icon Fragrance Collection in Pure White
The last item in this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2019 review is a fragrance, which is not typical of Walmart. Banana Republic has a new Icon Fragrance Collection, and this sample is of Pure White. It is a musky citrus floral scent. The notes include jasmine, green tea, amber, and musk. My only complaint is that I hate samples without a sprayer.
In summary of this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2019 review, the value of the products far exceeds the price of the box! This typically occurs, but not always. Also, there are no repeats in this box, which rarely happens! I am most excited for the Lip Lingerie because it is full-size. Do I think these products have anything to do with fall? No, not really, but the boxes never really fit a theme. Overall, I am pleased, but I still wish that these boxes would actually ship on time. Do you use any of these products?
