I am pleased to bring to you all my Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review, actually in the season of fall! The process of paying for and getting the box shipped took about two weeks, which is a night and day difference to past boxes. Walmart and Brandshare have been struggling over the past year or so to get the boxes out in general. This particular box has some weight to it, and I can feel products rolling around. Fall definitely puts me in the mindset of moisturizing body products as the weather gets cooler. I am not sure what to expect, but I know that it is possible to get a sample of Maybelline’s Great Lash mascara. That was my first ever mascara and I am secretly wishing to get the sample so that I can re-try it and see if I like it. I am digging the rainbow coloring of the box. We might as well remove the cellophane and see if Walmart has redeemed themselves from the lackluster summer box.

SooAE My Collagen Hydrogel Lip Patch

The first product in this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review is a lip mask, which is a new concept for me. While I have heard of these, I have never tried any. In the package the mask appears to have a lot of liquid, as I can see it moving around. This mask, or “patch” provides plenty of claims. It should smooth, soothe, plump, moisturize, and minimize fine lines and wrinkles. The directions state to apply the mask to clean lips and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. After removal you are to pat the excess serum into the lips.

Biore Charcoal Cleansing Micellar Water

I absolutely love using micellar water to remove my makeup daily, especially for stubborn eye makeup! Biore’s version features charcoal to help deep clean your pores. I appreciate that this micellar water is oil-free because I hate the feel of adding oil to my already oily skin. This product is safe for the face and eyes and also says that it refreshes the skin. The water is a light gray color and has some fragrance.

Pantene Sheer Volume Foam Conditioner

Here in my Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review I have a frustrating repeat. This is the third time that Walmart has sent Pantene’s Sheer Volume Foam Conditioner. I do not personally see a difference in my hair when using it. I would rather try out new, fun products than keep getting this stuff. The directions state to shake the can well then apply a palm-sized amount to the hair. Allow the foam to absorb into the hair, then rinse.

Nivea Aloe Vera Body Lotion

Nivea is definitely a supporter of the Walmart Beauty Box, both in past boxes and in this box. However, they always send tiny, single-use foil packets. We never get anything deluxe or travel size. Perhaps Nivea thinks that their stuff is too good to give away for free, but I surely never get enough to test anything out properly. The effects of this body lotion are supposed to last 48 hours. It makes plenty of claims, including that it should soothe, moisturize, refresh, hydrate, absorb quickly, and feel light on the skin.

Kleenex Gentle Clean Wet Wipes

Continuing on with my Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review is another repeat. In the previous Walmart Beauty Box they sent me an eight pack of these Gentle Clean wipes. Wet wipes really have no place in my daily routine, so I use them as makeup remover wipes. They do not work too hot in removing all of my makeup, but that is not their intention. I am thankful that they only sent me one wipe this time around. This pack would be super convenient for carrying in a purse. These wipes can be used on the face, hands, and body. Hopefully these wipes do not keep making appearances like the foam conditioner.

Cetaphil Hydrating Eye Gel-Cream

I tend to find that Cetaphil products moisturize pretty well, and I have never tried an eye cream from them before. This one is supposed to give lasting effects to the eye area for 24 hours. Much like the other products offered as part of this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review, it’s lengthy list of claims include smoothing, soothing, brightening, and refreshing. You are to apply a pearl-sized amount to the eye area and smooth it over the skin until it is absorbed. The cream can be used day and night.

Maybelline Master Precise All Day Liquid Liner

I have been wanting to try this eyeliner for a while, but I have not gotten around to it since I have a lot of liners in my collection. This eyeliner features a long and skinny felt tip, but I have seen and used even skinnier felt tips. The formula dries down to be a solid, matte black and is supposed to be waterproof. As someone who has been using liquid eyeliner for years I do not think I will have any trouble getting the types of lines that I want. For beginners, tips that are too long or too short can be difficult to maneuver. Getting your ideal eye look with this eyeliner may take some practice.

Freeman Hydrating Cactus + Cloudberry Water Gel Mask

The final item in this Walmart Beauty Box fall 2018 review is a full-sized mask! I typically enjoy Freeman masks, and this one is a new try for me. This mask says that it is for all skin types and is safe to use up to two times per week. The list of claims says that it will refresh, brighten, nourish, plump, soften, and add radiance to the skin. You are to apply it to your clean face and neck. It can be left on as a leave-on mask for optimal results, or washed off with warm water after 10 minutes. I plan on using it as a leave-on mask. I can probably get multiple uses out of this packet by storing it in a resealable bag.

We have made it through all of the drugstore products in this Walmart Beauty Box Fall 2018 review. First, I am highly pleased that it actually arrived in the season of fall, and was shipped and charged for in a timely manner. I find it amusing that the skincare products all pretty much made the same claims. Words such as smoothing, hydrating, and soothing came up a lot. Also, most of these products are some sort of gel or cream and say that they will last all day. When I think of fall I do think of hydrating creams, so Walmart hit the mark there. I like that I get to try new micellar water and eyeliner. Have you tried any of these products before? Please let me know in the comments section. Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
