I have gotten my hands on the entire wet n wild Sesame Street collection, and I am bringing you the best and most detailed review on the internet, period. I have swatches, star ratings, a makeup look, and much more. By the end of this blog post you will know exactly what you want to buy. I will begin with where you can buy the wet n wild x Sesame Street. The wet n wild Sesame Street collection release dates are as follows:

Walmart does carry the full collection in stores and online. The links may show that the products are not in stock. I am also seeing that the check nearby stores feature is not accurate. wet n wild does offer a Sesame Street PR Box, but it only contains a selection of items.

Makeup Bag

The first product in the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Makeup Bag. This bag is spacious and sturdy. I always test their bags to see if they can hold the entire collection, and this one passes with an A+.

Claims: This medium-sized makeup bag is great for on-the-go. It is made of flexible cotton and features a smooth gliding zipper.

4-Piece Makeup Brush Set

Second for Sesame Street x wet n wild is the 4-Piece Makeup Brush Set. While the brushes are not labeled, these appear to be eyeshadow, crease, powder, and blush/contour brushes. I will always stand behind wet n wild brushes because they are soft, sturdy, and of the utmost quality. The actual brushes themselves are not new shapes or designs from any past collections.

Claims: The feathery soft bristles should pick up and blend product seamlessly.

Temporary Face & Body Tattoos

Third for wet n wild Sesame Street makeup is the Temporary Face & Body Tattoos. I am unsure if an adult can pull these tattoos off, but I appreciate the idea! These might be fun to use on your face for a festival look.

Claims: To apply, simply remove the foil, place the tattoo face down, and firmly press a wet cloth on it for 30 seconds. The paper should slide off, and you can wash these away with a few cleanings.

1 2 3 Sesame Street Palette For Eye and Face

Fourth in this wet n wild Sesame Street collection review is the 1 2 3 Sesame Street Palette For Eye and Face. Please note that this palette has shades that cannot be used on the eye (*), the face (^), or both (**). This palette is just like most of their other limited edition palettes in this large format. I find that most of the shades are blendable, buildable, soft, and smooth with nice color payoff. A few are a bit lighter in pigment, and you will see a bit of kick-up, but overall this is not too bad. You can find the shade names on the back of the palette.

Claims: This palette contains 15 hyper-pigmented shades in buttery soft mattes, sparkly shimmers, gleaming satins, and multi-dimensional glitters.

Telly Triangles Gem Face Mask

Fifth in the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Telly Triangles Gem Face Mask. I always buy these as a collector, but I never use them. I appreciate those that actually stick these on their face, especially over makeup. They are great for festival purposes.

Claims: These gems should be easy to apply with self-adhesive.

Magical False Lashes

Next is the Magical False Lashes. These lashes have the right amount of length and volume without being too dramatic! I usually think wet n wild lashes look too cheap and costume-like, but these are probably one of the best pairs. I would still like to see a thin, clear band.

Claims: These are voluminous, full-body lashes that add depth, length, and impact for an open-eyed look. They are made from soft, synthetic fibers with a lightweight, flexible band.

I Love Trash Makeup Sponge and Case Set

Here is the I Love Trash Makeup Sponge and Case Set. For some reason, I find the shape of Oscar to be very amusing! He has a slanted head, and an interesting shape that allows you to work in large and small areas. I love wet n wild’s sponge formula because it is so soft, bouncy, and absorbs little product. The sponge case easily holds the sponge and the lid stays on well, despite the flexible silicone. While the lid is ventilated, I do not think it is enough to really dry your sponge.

Claims: The sponge is made of hydrophilic material to deliver a blend that is smooth and streak-free. The case is ventilated to allow the sponge to dry.

Me Want Cookie! Hand Mirror

This is the Me Want Cookie! Hand Mirror. This mini mirror is great for detailed work or touch-ups! I left the plastic cover on to avoid blinding you with the photography. I would like to see this in a closed compact format, only to protect the mirror from scratches and fingerprints. I would not throw this in your purse.

Claims: This compact mirror can be used to touch-up your look anytime.

Cowabunga! Eyelash Curler

Here is the Cowabunga! Eyelash Curler. This is their core line eyelash curler, done in a limited-edition blue color with a Cookie Monster charm. In several past collections they have done this format. I love their curler and I use it daily! It grabs all of your lashes easily with zero pain or discomfort, and it really gives them a lift.

Claims: This eyelash curler gently lifts and curls lashes for all eye shapes.

Elmo Loves You! Makeup Brush Holder

Continuing on with the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Elmo Loves You! Makeup Brush Holder. wet n wild has never done a brush holder in this format! This sturdy, yet soft silicone case doubles as a brush cup on the go. This is my favorite way to store and to use brushes when traveling, and I cannot wait to use it this year! It should hold a decent amount of brushes in various lengths.

Claims: This brush bag doubles as a cup that can stand on its own. It should keep your brushes cleand and organized on the go.

Om Nom Nom 3-Piece Multistick Set

Next is the Om Nom Nom 3-Piece Multistick Set. You might recall in the wet n wild Peanuts collection we got our first multistick trio from wet n wild, and this lineup features new colors. Fuzzy Monster is matte, but the other shades are shimmer metallics. I am not the biggest fan of their formula, because it creases on the eyes, and does not look too great on the lips. These are best for creative looks on the actual face.

Claims: These sticks have a velvety, cream-to-powder formula that should apply seamlessly to the eyes, cheeks, and lips.

Elmo Says Headband

Here is the Elmo Says Headband. I get so much joy and amusement by wearing Elmo on my head! This is great for holding your hair back when applying makeup and skincare, and it is very soft and stretchy. It does not hurt my big head at all. He now hangs on my mirror for daily use!

Claims: This headband should hold your hair back for makeup and skincare application.

Count On Me 5-in-1 Prime & Set Mist

This is the Count On Me 5-in-1 Prime & Set Mist. It has no shimmers, but it gives a dewy look to the skin. I find that it is hydrating for priming and setting, and it does make a nice base for your makeup, besides melting everything together. The mist is super fine. However, I do not think it extends or harms makeup wear time. As you should expect, this will not fill pores or smooth imperfections.

Claims: This primer and setting mist should brighten, condition, refresh, prime, and set for a dewy glow.

Zippity-Zap! Glitter Gel

Next is the Zippity-Zap! Glitter Gel. It is similar to the purple option from the wet n wild Care Bears collection, but this shade of purple is lighter. The glitter shapes are the same. I am a major fan of their formula because it dries down and lasts all day! You can layer it over any makeup and it looks great. I love to layer them over highlighter, or to use them in the eye area for a graphic look.

Claims: This super-concentrated, hyper-reflective gel dries quickly to give you intense and lasting sparkle.

Tickle Me Lip Tingling Gloss

Pressing on with the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Tickle Me Lip Tingling Gloss. When you hear “tingling,” you may worry that this product is painful, but that is not the case. There is hardly any sensation with this product. It really is a shiny lipgloss that provides a sheer wash of red tint. It is not heavy or sticky. This has a fruity flavor that I cannot put my finger on.

Claims: This lip gloss should instantly make your lips feel fuller and more defined with a mirror-like finish.

B is For Banana Loose Setting Powder

Here is the B is For Banana Loose Setting Powder. While the ingredients are not published, I assume this their photofocus Loose Setting Powder in Banana. It definitely applies and wears like their core line powder. This Banana shade did not darken my complexion, so it is suitable for fair skin tones. Their formula bakes like a dream, sets well, and gives you a soft-focus finish. It is one of my go-to favorites.

Claims: This setting powder has a subtle hint of yellow to warm up any skin tone. It should be silky and weightless while locking in your makeup for a matte, soft-focus effect. It should set and absorb oil.

Let’s Play Together Complexion Trio in Best Buddies

This is the Let’s Play Together Complexion Trio in Best Buddies. This trio features one highlighter and two bronzers. I could not get the highlighter to pop in the swatch, but it looks great on the skin without emphasizing texture. The bronzers are silky smooth, blendable, and buildable without being orange or muddy.

Claims: These silky-smooth powders can be worn alone or layered.

Let’s Play Together Complexion Trio in Perfect Pair

Next is the Let’s Play Together Complexion Trio in Perfect Pair. This one has two blushes and one highlighter. My review here is exactly the same as the bronzer set.

L is for Lipstick

Here are the two L is for Lipstick shades. I want to note that Giggles is different from the red shade in the Peanuts collection. Giggles is more of a red orange with gold shimmer. Both of these lipsticks glide on smoothly with buildable pigment that goes right to full coverage. They have a silky shine finish, which I categorize as Silk Finish Lipstick. I have swatches of their full, everyday lineup in my wet n wild Silk Finish Lipstick review. With this type of finish, they will transfer, and you should re-apply them as desired.

Claims: These lipsticks feature high-impact, rich color.

Be Kind

Me Love Cookie! Lip Scrub

Next in the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Me Love Cookie! Lip Scrub. You might recall in the wet n wild Little Twin Stars collection we got a lip scrub and lip mask in this packaging and format. This seems just like that scrub! You do need to scrape off the top layer to get to the exfoliator, but it has just the right amount of grit to get the job done effectively, yet gently. This does taste like cookies.

Claims: This lip scrub should gently buff away dead skin to leave your lips glowing and healthy.

Save The Day Lip Mask

Here is the Save The Day Lip Mask. As I said with the scrub above, this seems like the Little Twin Stars formula, and I am so happy about that! I love it because it is so lightweight that it barely feels like you have a product on. Yet, it effectively moisturizes the lips. This is a great formula to layer under an uncomfortable lip color. I am so glad to have more, as I used mine up at the same time that this collection came out. It tastes like blueberry, and it will leave a blue tint on your lips.

Claims: This lip mask should make your lips feel softer and look refreshed. It can treat dry, cracked lips.

Happy To Be Me Lip Gloss

Last in the wet n wild Sesame Street collection is the Happy To Be Me Lip Gloss. This is wet n wild’s typical formula of sheer tinted, glitter lip gloss. These are not heavy or sticky, and they are great to wear alone or over lip color. You may re-apply them, as desired.

Claims: These high-shine lip glosses provide a subtle layer of color and shine with a light tint.

Then, apply Fairy Garden on the eyelid. Now, apply Scrumptious to the outer corner, and connect it down to the lower lash line. Finish the look by highlighting the brow bone and inner corner with Be Awesome!.
