For this Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Volume 3 review I am sharing all the details, including swatches, and three eyeshadow looks that you can copy and be inspired by. I love how each palette has its own personality and brings colors to the table that you might not think to put together on your own.
Details
The palette contains 25 shades and retails for $60 at Sephora and at the brand’s website. As Sephora’s website details, there is one type of formula in this palette of pressed pigments with these shade descriptions:
25 Shades in A1 (matte chartreuse yellow), A2 (matte vibrant orange), A3 (matte harvest pumpkin), A4 (fresh green with a silver sparkle), A5 (matte intense red-orange), B1 (metallic aqua), B2 (matte jade with a gold sparkle), B3 (matte hot flamingo pink), B4 (matte royal fuchsia), B5 (matte light apricot), C1 (metallic sparkling white wine), C2 (matte candy apple), C3 (matte baked cinnamon), C4 (matte mulberry), C5 (titanium teal with a gold sparkle), D1 (matte warm cider), D2 (pale peach with a gold sparkle), D3 (matte true lime green), D4 (metallic orange with a gold sparkle), D5 (peach nectar with a gold sparkle), E1 (matte shamrock green), E2 (matte merlot), E3 (matte vibrant coral), E4 (matte dandelion yellow), E5 (metallic magenta with a pink iridescent shift)
This palette is Vegan and cruelty-free. The color story is an autumn theme in a unique number/letter layout to provide professional-grade quality and feel.
Please note that shades A2, A3, A5, B3, B4, B5, C2, C3, C4, D1, D2, D4, D5, E1, E2, E3, and E5 are not intended for use around the immediate eye area.
The palette is packaged in a sturdy hard plastic and features a full-size mirror.

Swatches
As you can see from the swatches, this palette is incredibly pigmented, as well as vibrant. All of the shades swatch easily, including the glitter and pressed pigment formulas. You can see how soft and almost blurred the swatches appear, which is attributed to the high-quality, buttery formula.
This palette produces little to no fallout or kick-up, outside of the usual amount produced by shimmery or glitter shades.

Review
The pigmentation, quality, and blendability of this palette is consistent with the Anastasia Beverly Hills line, which is exactly why I collect their palettes and recommend then to you. You will find this palette to be so easy to work while being highly versatile. Whether you want a bold, colorful, or natural look, you can achieve it all with a stroke of imagination.
As with most palettes, you can apply these formulas wet or dry. The glitters already pack an excellent punch dry, so you can only amplify them with a wet brush. The mattes are buttery smooth and not chalky or patchy.
I find all of the shades and formulations to be consistent in quality and application.
Debatably, this palette can worm its way into my guide on how to make orange lipstick look good as it has a lot of stunning options. The pops of neon green are quite surprising as well. However, you still get enough neutrals for the crease and to highlight. The Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Volume 3 really has a little bit of everything, sort of like fall with a twist.

Eyeshadow Looks
I am ending with three different eyeshadow looks. As always, I am trying to break the palette down into three distinct color groupings to get the most out of my examples.
Look 1
To recreate the look, start by applying A4 high in the crease and bring it down below the eye. Next, darken the crease with E1, and also bring it down below the eye closer to the lower lash line. Then, apply C5 onto the entire eyelid with a wet brush. Now, apply a tad bit of A4 on the lower lash line starting from the inner corner and blending it into the other colors. Finish the look by highlighting the brow bone and inner corner with C1.

Look 2
To recreate the look, start by applying E3 high in the crease and bring it down below the eye. Next, darken the crease with A5, and also bring it down below the eye closer to the lower lash line, about halfway across. Then, apply C2 to the entire eyelid. Now, apply E2 onto the outer-v. Connect the outer-v to the lower lash line by applying more E2 with a pencil brush, very close to the lash line. Finish the look by highlighting the inner corner and brow bone with D5.

Look 3
To recreate the look, start by applying C3 in the crease and bring it down below the eye. Next, apply B4 onto the outer and inner corner of the eyelid, leaving a blank space in the center. Deepen the edges of B4 with C4. Apply C4 along the lower lash line. Apply E5 to the center of the eyelid. Highlight the brow bone and inner corner with D2.

Shop The Eyeshadow
It is worth it for the amount of eyeshadows included, the diverse shade range, and the excellent quality and craftsmanship. Even though my looks are quite bold, you can still go neutral if you would like. The possibilities are endless! Do you have a favorite shade? Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
